Picasso was known for his distorted and fragmented forms. Instead of creating realistic figures he broke them up into simple shapes thanks to his creation of Cubism. Picasso changed art from being realistic and showed that figures and objects can be represented differently.

Pablo Picasso has left a lasting impression on modern art. He has proved that artists did not need to stick to one style. He has inspired many young artist to pursue their dreams. He also showed that artists can be leaders during the toughest and darkest times.
