Beyond the canvas: My appreciation for Pablo Picasso

On this page I am going to share my personal appreciation for Pablo Picasso. Including his art and life.

Fearlessness and Innovation

I appreciate Picasso because he was very fearless. He was not afraid to go outside of the norm and create his own way. I believe that during that time that was something you did not see very often.  His bravery has encouraged me to want to take risks and be creative in my life without worrying about what others think.

Cubism: Reshaping reality

I also appreciate his innovation including his creation of Cubism. Something that changed the modern way of art. the way he took simple shapes and made them show multiple perspectives has changed how I see art. His work has showed me that art does not have to be real but can still be powerful. 

A lifetime of innovation: Picasso's evolving legacy

Picasso's life shows that being fearless and ever changing can leave an impact. In my eyes he was not just an artist because he did not just create art but he used his talents to make a statement during a very dark time. The way he spoke up inspired me because I feel that even though I might not be an artist I can use my own talents to help make a difference in the world
